Booking Terms and Conditions: By booking a session on GuruColl, you agree to the following: Role of GuruColl GuruColl is a platform that connects students with independent career counsellors. Counsellors are not employees or representatives of GuruColl. GuruColl is not responsible for the advice, guidance, or outcomes resulting from sessions. Booking & Payments Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests must be made more than 24 hours before the session. Rescheduling within 24 hours is not guaranteed and will be at the counsellor’s discretion. Session Conduct Please join your session on time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session and may not be eligible for a refund. Any inappropriate behaviour towards anyone may lead to booking cancellation without refund. Limitation of Liability All advice given by counsellors is based on their professional opinion and experience. GuruColl makes no guarantees of specific results and will not be held liable for any decisions taken directly or indirectly by the students based on the sessions.
