My Introduction!

Nirmal Agarwal graduated from the prestigious Stanford University with a Bachelors degree in Economics. He has completed his MBA, and holds various qualifications in Educational Counselling, Finance, Marketing, and Human Resource Management. He is the founder of COGNIX, which is involved with various education-based initiatives including guidance and career counselling, early education and teacher training. Nirmal is part of reputed industry associations such as IACAC and AIIEC, and has recently served on the professional development committee of IACAC. Through his workshops, he has reached out to more than 10,000 career counsellors and more than 20,000 students. He loves to personally coach students to enhance their skills & abilities as they prepare for college, careers, and life.
